Grow Revenue With a Proven Data Collection Platform — Without Building It Yourself
Partner with KnarrTek to bring barcode and RFID data collection, inventory control, WIP tracking, and materials traceability to your industrial customers — built on BellHawk Online, WIPtracker, or SmartOps24x7, and backed by the team that builds and supports them. It's a straightforward software reseller program for equipment dealers, systems integrators, and consultants who want to offer proven data collection software without building or supporting it themselves.
- 10% referral finder's fee
- 20% off services as subcontractor
- 25% off license list price
- No channel conflict — we defer to you on equipment and supplies
Three Kinds of Partners We Work With
If you already sell to, service, or advise industrial and life-sciences companies, there's a role for you in the KnarrTek Partner Program — whether you want to simply point us to an opportunity, run the full sale yourself, or build out a software reseller program of your own around our platforms.
Equipment Dealers, VARs & Resellers
You sell barcode printers, scanners, RFID readers, and labels, and your customers keep asking for the software to go with the hardware. Add data collection software to your line card as a reseller, without building or supporting it yourself — and keep selling the equipment and supplies, since KnarrTek always defers to you there.
Systems Integrators & Software Consultancies
You implement ERP, MES, or QMS systems and need a reliable barcode/RFID data collection layer to connect to them. Bundle KnarrTek's data collection capabilities into your own project as a subcontractor, at a discount off list, and bill the customer directly under your statement of work.
Industry Consultants & Referral Sources
You work closely with manufacturers across a range of industries on operations, quality, or compliance and regularly spot the need for better inventory, WIP, or traceability data — but you don't want to manage the software sale. Send us the introduction and earn a finder's fee when it closes.
Pick the Level of Involvement That Fits Your Business
Every partner relationship inside the KnarrTek Partner Program falls into one of two tracks. Both are built around the same principle: we never compete with you for the parts of the sale that are rightfully yours.
Refer the Opportunity, We Handle the Rest
Introduce KnarrTek to a prospect. If that referral results in a direct sale by KnarrTek, we pay you a 10% finder's fee of the monies KnarrTek receives for the software and services sold directly as a result of your referral. KnarrTek owns the sale, implementation, and ongoing support relationship — you simply make the introduction and get paid when it closes.
- Lowest effort, fastest path to revenue
- No technical delivery or support obligation on your end
- Works well alongside an existing consulting or advisory relationship
Sell It Yourself, Backed by KnarrTek
Integrate KnarrTek's data collection into your own project, or sell it as part of a larger system you're delivering, and invoice the customer directly. KnarrTek acts as your subcontractor, providing services at a 20% discount from our customary rates and BellHawk Online, WIPtracker, or SmartOps24x7 licenses at a 25% discount from list price, so your margin comes from the spread.
- You control the customer relationship and the invoice
- KnarrTek always defers to you on equipment, third-party software, and supplies
- Best fit for integrators already delivering a larger scope of work
From Introduction to Paid Fee or Signed Subcontract
The process for joining the KnarrTek Partner Program is the same whether you're referring or selling — it starts with a short conversation about the opportunity.
Tell Us About the Opportunity
Share the prospect, their industry, and what they need — inventory control, WIP tracking, or materials traceability.
Choose Your Track
Decide whether you want to hand it off as a referral or run the sale yourself as a subcontractor.
We Scope It Together
KnarrTek confirms the right platform — BellHawk Online, WIPtracker, or SmartOps24x7 — and prices the licenses and services.
Close, Deliver, Get Paid
Referral fees are paid once KnarrTek receives payment on the resulting sale; subcontractor pricing is applied to your invoice to the customer.
Three Platforms You Can Put In Front of Your Customers
As a member of the KnarrTek Partner Program, whichever track you choose, you'll be offering one of these three platforms — part of KnarrTek's broader data collection and traceability capabilities — each sold on a prepaid annual subscription basis, so you and your customer both know the cost up front, and each backed by prepaid support bundles so you're never carrying the support burden alone.
BellHawk Online
Lead with this when your customer's pain is inventory accuracy. Cloud-based barcode and RFID inventory tracking for warehouses, production floors, and multi-site operations — quick to deploy, so you can close and go live without a long implementation tail.

The Core Terms, Plain and Simple
Here's what you earn, how licensing and support work, and who owns what in the customer relationship, for each track of the KnarrTek Partner Program.
| Term | Referral Partner | Sales / Subcontractor Partner |
|---|---|---|
| What you earn | 10% finder's fee of monies received by KnarrTek | 20% off services, 25% off license list price |
| License basis | Prepaid annual subscription | Prepaid annual subscription |
| Support services | Prepaid support bundles (KnarrTek delivers) | Prepaid support bundles (available to you or your customer) |
| Equipment & supplies | KnarrTek defers to you | KnarrTek defers to you |
| Who invoices the customer | KnarrTek, directly | You, directly |
Whichever column applies to you, the underlying philosophy of the KnarrTek Partner Program is the same: KnarrTek handles the software and the services behind it, you handle the customer relationship you've already earned, and neither side owes the other anything until real revenue actually changes hands.

Common Questions From Prospective Partners
Here's what partners ask most before applying to the KnarrTek Partner Program. If you don't see your question below, send it along with your application and we'll answer it directly.
Can I switch between the two tracks on different deals?
Yes. Many partners refer some opportunities and run others themselves as a subcontractor, depending on their relationship with the customer and how much of the implementation they want to own. There's no need to commit to one track for every opportunity — tell KnarrTek which track fits when you bring us the deal, and we'll set it up accordingly. Both tracks are part of the same KnarrTek Partner Program, so switching doesn't require a new application.
Will KnarrTek compete with me for equipment or supply sales?
No. As a matter of policy, KnarrTek always defers to the prime contract partner when a sale needs barcode label printing equipment, other third-party software, or supplies like barcode labels and RFID tags. This channel-conflict protection applies whether you're referring the opportunity or running it yourself as a subcontractor — KnarrTek stays focused on the software and the services needed to deploy it, and leaves the hardware relationship to you.
Do I need to be a software developer to become a subcontractor partner?
No. Many subcontractor partners are systems integrators, consultants, or equipment dealers who bring the customer relationship and project management, while KnarrTek provides the licensed software and the services needed to configure and deploy it. If your team does have technical staff, you're welcome to handle more of the configuration yourselves — the split of work is flexible and set on a project-by-project basis. This flexibility is one of the reasons the Partner Program works for such a wide range of partner types.
Which KnarrTek platform will my customer end up on?
It depends on the use case: BellHawk Online for inventory tracking, WIPtracker for work-in-process tracking, or SmartOps24x7 for round-the-clock operations monitoring. We'll help you scope the right fit during the opportunity conversation. It's also common for a customer to start on one platform and add a second later — pairing BellHawk Online's inventory tracking with SmartOps24x7's uptime monitoring, for example, as their operation grows.
Is there a cost to join the Partner Program?
No. There's no fee to become a KnarrTek partner. You earn a finder's fee or subcontractor discount only on the opportunities you bring us or deliver. There's no minimum commitment either — bring us one opportunity a year or several a month, whatever fits your business.
How is the finder's fee calculated?
It's 10% of the monies KnarrTek actually receives for the software and services sold directly as a result of your referral — not a percentage of a quoted or list price. That also means there's no risk to referring an opportunity: if it doesn't close, there's nothing owed on either side.
Can I represent other hardware, ERP, or data collection vendors at the same time?
Yes. There's no exclusivity requirement to join the KnarrTek Partner Program. Many partners already represent complementary hardware, ERP, or MES platforms, and KnarrTek's role is simply to be the data collection layer that connects to them — the same way it already works for the systems integrators and consultancies described above, which is exactly the kind of flexibility the KnarrTek Partner Program is built around.
Does the Partner Program cover every industry KnarrTek serves?
Yes. The program isn't limited to a specific vertical — it covers the full range of industries KnarrTek serves, from food and beverage and defense manufacturing to laboratory operations and industrial distribution. If you sell to, service, or advise manufacturers or life-sciences companies in any of those spaces, there's a role for you in the program.
What happens if a referred opportunity doesn't close?
Nothing is owed on either side. Because the finder's fee is calculated on the monies KnarrTek actually receives, a referral that doesn't turn into a sale simply doesn't generate a fee — there's no penalty, paperwork, or obligation for an opportunity that doesn't pan out, and you're free to bring us the next one.
Does KnarrTek provide sales or marketing materials I can use with my customers?
Yes. You can point prospects to KnarrTek's white paper library and the individual platform pages linked throughout this page for technical detail, and loop in your KnarrTek contact directly for a live demo or technical call whenever it helps move the opportunity forward.
Who owns the customer relationship after the sale, under each track?
Under the Referral Partner track, KnarrTek owns the sale, implementation, and ongoing support relationship going forward — your role ends once the introduction is made and the fee is paid. Under the Sales/Subcontractor Partner track, you keep the customer relationship and the invoice; KnarrTek supports you as a subcontractor on the software and services side, but the account stays yours.
Is there a minimum deal size or a quota to stay active in the program?
No. There's no minimum deal size and no quota to remain a KnarrTek partner. Partners refer or sell opportunities as they come up, on whatever schedule makes sense for their business — some bring a handful of deals a year, others work with KnarrTek regularly as part of their standard line card.
